Welcome to the 2021 National Championship where you will be competing against players from 8 states and for a Tournament Value of $35,000 in Player gifts and Prize Pool!

Entry/Payment Info:
If you have not paid your full entry of $550 please make a payment asap with Venmo by sending your entry fee to @cincytour or if you prefer to pay online I can send you an invoice.
Optional side games are listed below. Please prepay with Venmo or you can pay cash at check in. $100 All in with an option to purchase additional raffle tickets at $10 each.
Check in/Registration:
Saturday- Our Staff will be available to check you in at the Gaylord Resort Delta Room F from 8-10pm. We have attached a map to help find us. Mike Perazzo and I will be available to check you in and answer any questions you have around side games or the tournament in general. Your tee gifts will be available for pick up at Saturdays check in. If you’re not driving in Saturday please email or text Matt ahead of time and we will bring your tee gifts to Sundays round at Hermitage Hill.
Sunday-Tuesday- When checking in at the golf course please look for your cart and be ready within 20 minutes of your tee times. You do not need to check in with our staff before each round. The staff at both Hermitage and Gaylord Springs will help load your bags and guide you to your carts.

Schedule of Events:
*All times are local times, Central Time Zone(Hour behind EST)
Saturday- Players arrive at their hotels, scheduled practice rounds with the golf courses directly.
8pm Saturday- 8-10pm Players check in at the Gaylord Resort Delta Room F to pick up player gifts and sign up for side games. We set this later to allow some to travel in, eat dinner, and then come see us.
10:51am Sunday- Round 1 Play begins from 10:51-3pm at Hermitage Hill on the Presidents Course. Players should arrive within 30 minutes of their tee times.
6:15 am Monday- Free Breakfast (Muffins, bagels, fruit, and Breakfast sandwiches) at Hermitage Hill from 6:15-7:45am.
7:30am Monday- Round 2 Play begins at 8am with a modified shotgun start at Generals Retreat. Players should be cart ready by 7:40am.
4pm Monday- 4-6pm Champions Fore Charity Players Party and Happy Hour at The Inn at Opryland. Join us in the atrium for a free drink and Nashville Nacho Bar snack before you head out to dinner. We will award raffle items and conduct a Putting Contest for Charity.

- Double Your Donation Putting Contest from 4:30-5:30pm. Donate up to a $100 towards one of our charities and if you hole it, you get Double back in Tour Credit!
7am Tuesday- The 3rd and Final Round begins at 7:30am with a modified shotgun start at Gaylord Springs. Players should be cart ready by 7:20am. Range will open at 6am.
12-1:30pm Tuesday- Post Round VIP Pro Shop Experience. As soon as you finish your last hole and turn in your scorecards, please head to the pro shop to claim your VIP credit of $50 and shop at discounted rates.
12-2pm pm Tuesday- Lunch provided by Mission BBQ. After you have visited the pro shop, please grab a drink, and come outside to the pavilion to enjoy lunch from Mission BBQ who want to say thank you to all of us for supporting our friends in the military!
1:30-2pm Tuesday- We will award all National Champions during lunch so please stick around to congratulate these inaugural winners!
*All players are expected to be done and ready to travel home by 2:30pm at the latest.
Course Carts/Range Balls:
When you arrive, the range will be open an hour and 15 minutes before your tee time and is free to you.
If you would like to request a single cart on Sunday, please do so before 4pm Sunday 9/12. If you want a single cart Monday and or Tuesday, please reach out to the course a day before the event and keep in mind that it is up to the discretion of the golf course based on availability, they will charge you an additional cart fee. Monday and Tuesday which will be shotgun starts and played in foursomes so unless you have a spectator with you please don’t request a single cart.
Pairings/Tee Times:
Sunday and Monday pairings will be out by mid-week at the latest. Tuesday pairings will be based on flight leaders and sent out Monday 9/20 by 6pm.
Sunday at Presidents Reserve- Tee times start at 10:51am-3pm. Threesomes.
Monday at Generals Retreat- 8am Shotgun Start. Foursomes.
Tuesday at Gaylord Springs- 7:30am Shotgun Start. Foursomes.

Open and Senior Flights will be combined when both divisions can’t support at least 8 players. Senior Eligibility begins at 55 yrs of age.

Scoring:
If you have not loaded Golf Genius, please do so ahead of the event. Although you will be given a scorecard to use to help review hole by hole scoring with your group; We will use the mobile app for Official scoring. You can track the leaderboard throughout your round. If you would like to share the Event GGID with anyone it is GQJGGB and they can follow at home. You can also use this to see results after your round.
You will be emailed and text your groups Scoring GGID to use for each round. The GGID will be on both your cart sign and scorecard to reference when you arrive, only one member of each group needs to keep score.
