About the Host Branch & Barrel Distilling crafts true Colorado bourbons and whiskeys, using only the finest ingredients from our incredible state. Each bottle has a story; one not to be missed. As a Colorado small business, we take pride in supporting other local small businesses and nonprofit organizations who share our values. To create our incredible products, we let our barrels to do the work. Our classic Bourbon was crafted to awaken the senses and become your everyday bourbon, using natural spring water with prairie corn and barley. In addition to our classic Bourbon, we’ve crafted several barrel influenced varieties including, a touch of Honey, the smoke of Plumwood, and a Cinnamon, Vanilla and Maple bourbon. Each of these varieties is created using only natural ingredients, by extracting flavor directly from the wood of the barrel - no additives or artificial flavors ever enter our bottles. In addition to these year-round varieties, we’ve collaborated with local coffee roasters, Corvus Coffee to produce a limited bourbon, infused with coffee beans, creating a robust and surprising combination. Each bourbon is perfect for any occasion, and made with a passion that’s hard to duplicate.
