We have negotiated the following terms with The Ridge Hotel. There are a small block of rooms available at a group rate. Please read below for details. Players are responsible for booking their own reservations by calling 262-249-3800 and mention that you are playing in the USGC Upper Midwest Challenge to receive these rates.

The Club/Resort does not guarantee specific room type availability. All rooms reserved are “run of house”. Specific room type requests will be accommodated to the best of the Club/Resort’s ability. Room rates listed are based on single and double occupancy. The quoted room rate is subject the prevailing city and state taxes. Currently, the tax rate is 11.5%. A Resort Fee of $16.00 will be added to all resort rooms per night and is applicable to 5.5% Sales Tax.

 

RESERVATIONS CUT-OFF DATE All reservations must be received no later than Tuesday, July 13, 2021, 30 days prior to Group’s arrival date. At Tuesday, July 13, 2021, Resort will review the reservation pick-up for the Group, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space and rate available basis at the after this date. 

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Cottages/Suites check-in is after 4:00 PM on day of arrival and check-out is before 10:00 AM on day of departure. Additional charges may apply for early check in/ late check out requests. All guests must check-in with the front desk staff to sign their registration card and provide a valid picture ID.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE/LATE CHECK OUT FEE In the event that a guest who has reserved a room within the Group’s room block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $50 will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Resort/Club at or before check-in. Check-out time is 10:00am. Guests will also be subject to a $50 fee for any late check outs beyond 10:00am, unless pre-arranged & pre-authorized. 

 

RELOCATION The Resort/Club shall use commercially reasonable efforts not to relocate any Group attendee holding a guaranteed reservation In the event any member of the Group with a guaranteed guest room reservation is relocated by Resort, Resort will provide the following: Accommodations at a comparable hotel/resort as close as reasonably possible at no charge to the guest for the first night the guest is displaced from the Resort/Club, one complimentary round trip ground transportation between the Resort/Club and the alternate accommodations for each day the guest is displaced, offer to relocate displaced guest back to the first available guest room, and upgraded accommodations (if available) upon return to the Resort/Club.
