Registration Deadline: Friday, July 30, 2021 at 05:00 PM

 

Entry Fees: 

Member Entry Fee ($55.00, 1 Member)

Non-Member Entry Fee ($140.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times: 8:00am - 10:00am (1 tee)

 

Tournament Information

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 9 holes for 12 & Under Division

 

How to Qualify: To qualify for the 12 & Under Championship, players must be in the Top-40 of the 12 & Under POY List by July 21, 2021 (2 Weeks before Championship). Invites will be sent out to qualified players.

 

Pairings: Players will be paired by their POY standing as of the qualifying deadline. 

 

Playoff and Tie Breakers: In the event of a tie for first place after the completion of play, a sudden death playoff will occur. The playoff holes will be decided by the committee. 

 

Lunch: Lunch will be provided for all players following play. 

 

Caddies: Those who have successfully registered for the PJT Caddie Program may caddy for a player in the 12 & Under Division

 

Driving Range: The range will be available for all players prior to play

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will not be available at Huntingdon Valley Country Club - Centennial Nine

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Huntingdon Valley Country Club - Centennial Nine

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course. Carts will not be available to rent at Huntingdon Valley Country Club - Centennial Nine

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before 12 noon, 7 days prior to the event and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless due to illness, injury or family emergency.
