Full refunds will be given for those withdrawing with any Covid symptoms up to the first day of the event and for those withdrawing at least 30 days prior to the first day of the event for other reasons.  An administrative fee of $50 will be charged to those who withdraw within 30 days of the first day of the event for non-Covid reasons.
