Individual Low-Net Stroke Play

 

Last day to register for the event is Thursday, January 28, 2021.

First Starting time is 10:00 AM. Entry fee $80.00 per player plus online processing fee, includes greens fee, a $10 food and drink voucher after the round, prize fund. Power carts available for $18 per rider. 

 

Player of the Year points will begin to accumulate with this event, and will continue through the season. POY awards will be handed out at the conclusion of the December event.

Two- Person Team Shamble

 

EVENT UPDATE -  THE GOLF COURSE HAS SCHEDULED GREEN AERIFICATION ON THE 18 HOLE COURSE BEGINNING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23. 

DUE TO THIS CREATING LESS THAN DESIRABLE PUTTING CONDITIONS WE WILL BE OFFERING  A DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION FEE OF $70.00 PER PLAYER FOR THIS EVENT. 

ALL AWARDS, FOOD VOUCHERS, AND DISCOUNTED RANGE BALLS WILL BE INCLUDED. 

 

First starting time is 10:00 AM. 

Team Shamble scoring (Both partners hit a tee shot, team choses tee shot, and both players play their own ball from there. Team Net total will count per hole.)

Individual Low-Net Stroke Play

 

Frst starting time is 10:00 AM.

This event is individual Low Net stroke play scoring for two flights, with the four low individuals qualifying for the NCGA Associate Club Four-Ball Championship Qualifier. 

Entry fee $80.00 per player plus online processing fee, includes round one greens fee, food voucher after round one, and the prize fund. 

The low 8 players on Saturday, March 27, will return for round two on Sunday, March 28, with the low four combined scores from March 27 and 28 advancing to the 2021 NCGA Assoc. Club Four-Ball Qualifying round. 

Players that advance to Sunday, March 28, will pay their own greens fee in the golf shop prior to round two. 

The Club at STGC will pay the entry fee for the four the qualified players at the 2021 NCGA Assoc. Club Four-Ball Qualifying round.

First starting time is 10:00 AM.

This event is individual Low Net stroke play scoring for two flights, with the four players in each group also competing in the Cha-Cha-Cha 1-2-3 Low Net team event.  

Entry fee $80.00 per player, includes greens fee, discounted range balls, food/drink voucher after the round, prize fund.

Two Person Razzle Dazzle

 

First tee time starting at 10:00 AM.

 

The format will have 2-player teams competing in a net competition with a different format on the first, middle, and last 6 holes of the Championship Course. 

On holes 1-6 the team of 2 players will play a Four-Ball format with both players playing their own ball on each hole, and the team using the best net score of the team for each hole. 

On holes 7-12 the team will play an alternate shot format with team members pre-selecting either odd or even holes to start on, and the team playing alternate shot until the ball is holed. 

On holes 13-18 the team members will play a Team Scramble. 

Each Team will have a team handicap, calculated prior to the round, for use on holes 7-18. The team will use their GHIN Handicap for holes 1-6. 

Closest the the Hole, and Accurate Drive competitions will also be conducted. 

The entry fee of $80.00 includes greens fee, awards, and a food/beverage voucher after the round. Carts are available for an additional $18 per rider.

First starting time at 10:00 AM.

Low Net Modified Stableford scoring (Double Eagle=8 points, Eagle=5 points, Birdie=3 points, Par=1 point, Bogey=0 points, Double Bogey or higher=-1 point)

One Flight for all players

$80.00 entry fee(plus processing fee) includes, greens fee, prize fund, food/beverage voucher. Cart optional for $18.00 per rider

4 Player Lone Star Scramble

 

First tee starting time is 10:00 AM.

$80 entry fee plus online processing fee includes greens fee, discounted range balls, prize fund, and food/beverage voucher! 

Register as a group or as an individual, and we will pair you up with a group! 

 

In this format, one player must go alone on each hole. The other 3 players play a standard scramble for that hole. For example: Player A will go alone on holes 2,7,11, and 17. Player B will go alone on holes 3,9,10,13, and 18. Player C will go alone on 5,6,8,12, and 14. Player D will go alone on 1,4,15, and 16. There are two different payouts in this tournament. The low combined lone star score, along with the low scoring scramble score.
