36 Hole Member Entry Fee ($100.00, 1 Member)

36 Hole Non Member Entry Fee ($100.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times (Updated):

Rd. 1: 9:00am - 11:00am (1 & 10th tee) 

Rd. 2: 2:00pm - 4:00pm (1 & 10th tee)

 

Tournament Information

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 36 holes (National Qualifier)

 

Eligibility: In order to advance to the national event, players must be residents within the boundary of the Philadelphia PGA Section. The Philadelphia PGA Section covers Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Cecil County Maryland and the entire state of Delaware. Players who are residents outside of the section, are eligible for the AJGA PBE stars, but are NOT eligble to advance to the national championship. 

 

Qualifying: To qualify for the Philadelphia Boys Jr. PGA Championship, players must finish in the top 1/3 of Boys 13-18 at one of four qualifiers listed below. Players may also be exempted into the field. To view the current exemptions, please click here.

National Championship: The top two (2) finishers in the Philadelphia Boys Junior PGA Championship will earn a spot in the 45th Boys Junior PGA Championship at Kearney Hill Golf Links (Lexington, KY) on July 12-15, 2021. Additionally, the first place finisher will also earn a spot in the Philadelphia PGA's Doylestown Open. 

 

Caddies: Caddies are not permitted during the Philadelphia Boys Jr. PGA Championship.

 

Driving Range: There is a practice range at Valley Country Club that will be available. There is also a putting green and a short game area.

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will not be available at Valley Country Club

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Valley Country Club

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course. Carts will not be available to rent at Valley Country Club

 

Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS): Any division with 5 or more competitors that completes 36 holes will be ranked by Junior Golf Scoreboard

 

AJGA PBE Status: The following Performance Based Entry will be awarded to this event:

Overall Champion	4 Stars
2nd Place - Top 10% of Field	2 Stars
Top 50% of Field	1 Star

 

Lunch: Lunch will be provided for all players between Rounds 1 & 2 and is included in your entry fee.

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before 12 noon, 7 days prior to the event and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless due to illness, injury or family emergency.
