Championship Details
Date: September 14-16, 2021
Location: Silvies Valley Ranch |Craddock and Hankins Courses | Seneca, Ore.
Entry Fee: $225 (USD)
Entry Includes: One hosted practice round, one reduced fee practice round, free replay rounds, three rounds of stroke play competition, tee gifts, range balls, one player lunch or meal voucher, crystal awards for top finishers and a merchandise payout.

Eligibility: Entries are open to male amateur golfers who: (1) will have reached their twenty-fifth birthday by September 14, 2021, (2) have an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index or Golf Canada Handicap Factor not exceeding 8.4 (at the time of entry and at the close of entry), and (3) are members in good standing of a PNGA Member Association (BC Golf, IGA, OGA, WA Golf) or have received a Presidential Invitation based on World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR).
Field Limit: Field will be limited to 90 qualified entrants. Entries will be accepted according to the time of receipt of entry and entry fee in addition to exempt players a Presidential Invitees.
Format: 54-hole stroke play (gross only). In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole play-off.
Schedule:
Round 1: Tuesday, September 14 – Craddock Course
Round 2: Wednesday, September 15 – Hankins Course
Round 3: Thursday, September 16 – Craddock Course
Practice Round: All players will be allowed one complimentary practice round prior to the championship on Monday, September 13 on the Hankins Course. Practice rounds on the Craddock Course will be available on Sunday, September 12 at $50 for lodging guests and $90 for non-lodging guests (after 12:00 p.m.). All practice rounds include complimentary replay if available.
Caddies: A player may provide his own caddie. Host club caddies will not be available.
Carts: Players and caddies may ride in a golf cart. Carts are included with each onsite lodging reservation. Carts will be made available to non-lodging guests after the close of the entry for $25 per day on a space available basis.
Exemptions: All past PNGA Men’s Mid-Amateur Champions; Other exempt players: Bjorn Bjorke, Tom Brandes, Jack Dukeminier, Reid Hatley, Pat O’Donnell, Brady Stranger, Daniel Swanson.
Lodging: Limited lodging will be available onsite during the week of the championship. Silvies Valley Ranch has 26 total guest rooms onsite plus a Coach and RV Park with 10 spaces.
The below prices are all offered on a per room, per night basis. Silvies Valley Ranch is a no-tipping property. A resort fee of 20% plus 9.5% state and local room tax applies to all room charges. Meals will be handled on an a la carte basis. Food and beverage charges are subject to resort fee of 20%, no tax. The following rooms and rates will be available between September 12 and September 16 on a first come first serve basis. Reservations can be made beginning Wednesday, January 20 by calling 1-800-SILVIES. Players should identify themselves as PNGA Men’s Mid-Amateur participants and provide names of all lodging guests in the reservation.

Coach and RV Park spot, which includes black and gray water dumps, Wi-Fi access, access to the lodge and power hookup from 6:00 – 10:00 a.m. and p.m. each day: $85 per night + $25 for golf cart
