EVENT OVERVIEW
Welcome to the Capital City Amateur Tour! The most popular Amateur Tour in the greater Columbus and central Ohio area!
This is the 1st leg of 3 events in the Ohio Ryder Cup series combined with the Queen City Amateur Tour. (Leg 2 Oasis Golf Club Mon. Jun 28; Leg 3 Ryder Cup TBD). Leg 1 and 2 will determine which tour will host the Ryder Cup in the fall. The tour that the flight winners represent at these 2 events, will earn 1 point for their respective home tour. After the 2 legs in the series is complete, the tour with the most points will be responsible to host and secure course and date. If their is a tie, the defending champions will host (Capital City won 2020). For the actual Ryder Cup, team makeup is limited to 24 players, with priority to the flight winners at Medallion and Oasis, then Capital City Tour reward members, then any tour member who competed in 3 tournaments, then any interested player with a verifiable handicap.
Players will be competing in an unlimited gross stroke play flighted event. Players will compete against similar ability level golfers based on their most current handicap.
All flight winners will receive a trophy and a VISA gift card <or> opt to receive a VISA gift card that includes the trophy expense. You will also earn valuable points towards the season long points race to be crowned Champion Golfer of the Year!

ENTRY FEE
Entry fee of $130 includes green fees, cart fees, taxes, access and use of course facility, flight prize fund, trophy to the winner of each flight, EOY trophy & player prize fund and scoring. All entries are on a first come, first served basis.

Players may self-register by using their Golf Genius account followed by sending entry fee <or> send entry fee and tour director can perform registration for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel any time up to close of registration with no penalty.
After registration closes, courses require 'hard' number. If you request cancellation AFTER registration closes, a refund may not be available.
