Tournament Information

 

 

 

The Field will be limited to 144 participants and are accepted at the discretion of the Fox Puss Committee.  Regular participants will play from the Championship Tees (Black Tees, 6,742 yards).  Senior participants (50 yrs. and older) will play from Senior Tees (Blue Tees, 6,299 yards).  Super Senior participants (65 yrs. and older) will play from the Super Senior Tees (White Tees, 5,794).  Par 71 for all divisions as Hole #1 will play as a par 4.

 

Registration: All participants must register before play begins.

 

At the end of 36 holes: separate Championship Flights will be established for the Regular & Senior Divisions.  The remainder of the field will be bracketed into separate Flights according to their qualifying scores.  All ties resolved by matching cards.

 

At the end of 54 holes: the player with the lowest score for all rounds will be the Champion for their respective Division.

In the event of ties play off will be:

Championship Flights – Sudden Death

All other Flight places – By Card

Championship Qualifiers ( Regular and Seniors )

Regular Champion; Runner-up; TBD

Senior Champion; Runner-up; TBD

Super Senior Champion: TBD

Flights: Winner & Runner-up

Boonsboro member with lowest tournament score.

 

Entry Fee:  $380.00 (Includes practice round, practice range, cart fees for 3 tournament rounds, dinner Friday through Saturday, and awards ceremony with open bar following play)  (Not included: cart for practice round)

 

The Boonsboro Country Club extends to each participant and his guest the privileges of the Club House, and Golf Course from Thursday through Sunday inclusive. Credit cards are accepted throughout the club for any charges incurred during the weekend.

Split Tee start beginning at 7:30am and 12:20pm

Lunch is available at the Tavern Bar for purchase from 11am-3:30pm

Dinner begins at 6:30pm and you are welcome to bring a guest

 

Saturday:

Split Tee start beginning at 7:30am and 12:20pm

Lunch is available at the Tavern Bar for purchase from 11am-3:30pm

Cocktail Party begins at 6:30pm and you are welcome to bring a guest

 

Sunday:

Split Tee start beginning at 7:30am and 12:20pm

Lunch is available at the Tavern Bar for purchase from 11am-3:30pm

Awards dinner and open bar will begin at 5pm
