Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Applies to Individual & Team Events

 

Before the Entry Deadline

 

1. Refund available. All cancellations must be done online by the applicant through Golf Genius or by emailing tournaments@gao.ca
2. A $30.00 plus tax administrative charge will be deducted
3. Entry fees cannot be transferred to other players
4. Entry fees cannot be deferred to a later tournament or season
5. Entry fee may be transferred only one time to another similar qualifier. Request must be emailed to tournaments@gao.ca

 

 

After the Entry Deadline

 

1. No refunds except for the following:
   1. The entry fee will be refunded (less the $30.00 plus tax administration fee) only in the event of injury or illness, if requested in writing (Medical doctor's note required) no later than 5 days prior to the applicable qualifying round/tournament date.
