Entries Open: Monday, June 21, 2021 at 09:00 AM
Entries Close: Wednesday, September 01, 2021 at 04:00 PM
Entry Fee: $135 (includes golf, cart, and range balls)
Eligibility: This tournament is open to female amateur golfers who are members of member clubs of the MSGA having a maximum combined up-to-date handicap index of not more than 30.0 by September 2nd. Both players must have reached their 18th birthday by midnight of the first day of play. Difference in handicap index of partners shall not exceed 10.0. Team members do NOT have to belong to the same club.
Refund Policy: If a team elects to withdraw from the tournament, they must promptly notify the MSGA to ensure that an alternate player has a fair opportunity to play. Full entry fee will be refunded prior to September 2, 2021.
Championship Information
Format/Field Size: The tournament will be an 18-hole four-ball stroke play competition in divisions according to handicap. The handicap index used to determine the divisions for this competition will be September 2, 2021.
Handicap: All handicap's will be updated as of September 2nd, 2021.
Tee Times: The MSGA shall assign pairings and starting times. Starting times and pairings will be available on September 3, 2021 and will be sent to participants via email.
Prizes: The overall Champions will be the low gross winner of the field and will have their names engraved on the permanent trophy. Gross prizes will be awarded to the Overall Champion and Runner-up and the winners and runners-up in each division. In the event of a tie for the Championship, a hole-by-hole play-off will follow immediately upon the completion of play. Ties for any other prizes will be resolved by a match of cards according to the USGA recommended method.
Rules: USGA Rules govern all play. Entries are subject to rejection by the MSGA or host club at any time, including during the competition. The reason for rejection may include unbecoming conduct, such as violation of host club policies, or failure to comply with the requirements of the handicap system. Practice Round: Practice rounds can be scheduled Monday-Thursday at the cost of $41. Please call the pro shop to set a time.
Yardages: Yardages are subject to change without notice.

Substitutions: If a team needs to substitute a player after submitting an entry form, please contact Kim Ferguson at kferguson@msga.org as soon as possible with the substitute’s name, contact information, date of birth and club affiliation. The substitute and team must meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
