Entry & Eligibility Information

Entries Open: Tuesday, March 02, 2021 at 10:00 AM
Entries Close: Monday, May 24, 2021 at 04:00 PM

Entry Fee: $145/team comprised of two (2) MSGA Members. $175/team comprised of one (1) MSGA member and one (1) non-member or 2 non-members;  includes carts and range balls for both players.

Eligibility: This tournament is open to all MSGA members and to non-members for an additional fee.

Refund Policy: A withdrawal prior to seven days of the event will receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.  There will not be a refund if a withdrawal is received less than seven days prior to the event without written medical excuse.

Championship Information

Format/Field Size: The tournament will be 18 holes of Four-Ball Stroke Play in three (3) divisions: Men's - Back, Men's - Forward and Mixed/Women. 85% of the individual's Course Handicap will be used for men and women to calculate Playing Hanidcaps according to the Rules of Handicapping Appendix C: Handicap Allowances. Handicaps will be calculated as of 5/28/2021.

Starting Times: Tournament Starting Times will be emailed approximately 10 days before the event. Times can also be found by visiting the One-Day Four-Ball Montgomery CC Tournament Portal or www.msga.org.

Prizes:  Golf shop credit will be awarded to flight winners. Teams comprised of one (1) MSGA Member and one (1) non-member must pay $175 entry fee but are eligible for prizes. Teams comprised of two (2) non-members are eligible to play and must also pay $175 entry fee, but teams with two (2) non-members are not eligible for prizes.

Rules:  The player is responsible for being familiar with Local Rules and Conditions of Competition for MSGA Championships, which appears on www.msga.org.
