Provincial Women's Amateur Club Team Championship

Eligibility:

  • Teams will be comprised of three (3) female members. All competitors much be in in good standing with Golf Canada and their respective NSGA Member Club.
  • Public Players are not eligible for the team division.

 

Format:

  • The Team Play format will be the best 2 out of 3 combined gross scores, per competitive round, for the first two rounds of the championship.
  • Prize presentation for the overall Team Championship will be conducted at the conclusion of the championship.

 

Submission Guidelines:

  • Teams must be submitted to the NSGA using the provided entry form by the representing Club Manager or Competitions committee chairperson by June 25th, 2021.
  • Clubs may submit more than one team.
  • Phone in entries will not be accepted. 

 

Additional Information:

  • The club may host a qualifying event, although it is not required, to determine the team representing the club.
  • There is no additional fee for team entry.
  • No substitutes to the team can be made after the start of the first round.
  • The tournament committee will handle extending circumstances during the championship if a team or player withdrawals.

 

Prizing:

  • The lowest gross combined team score, over the two rounds will be prized as Team Champions.
  • Best team takes all. 

 

 

Provincial Women's Mid-Amateur & Senior Club Team Championship

 

Eligibility:

 

  • Teams will be comprised of three (3) female members. All competitors much be in in good standing with Golf Canada and their respective NSGA Member Club.
  • Public Players are not eligible for the team division.

 

Format:

 

  • Best 2 out of 3 combined Net Stableford points, per competitive round, for the first two rounds of the championship
  • Prize presentation for the overall Team Championship will be conducted at the conclusion of the championship.
  • All team members must play from the same tees, as designated by their respective division. E.g., Women’s Amateur Teams must be comprised of female competitors playing in the Amateur Division. Women’s Mid-AM/Senior Teams must be comprised of female competitors playing in the Mid-Amateur, Mid Master and Senior divisions
