NOTE: We are pleased to have filled to our maximum number of team for 2021 and regret that we must close registration for new players.

WELCOME. PLEASE READ THESE INSTRCTIONS 

 

1. You will start by clicking on the blue box, and on the next page, select "New Registration" (if not editting past one)

2. IMPORTANT: on the following page, make ONLY ONE selection from the long list and click "next." Further along you will get access to other options on the long list.

3. On the following page complete specific information about yourself and others you are paying for; please accept policies of the site here, and note:

           **Other players on your team for whom you are not paying should be listed at "Player Request' box so that when they reister and pay they will be combined with you.

           **Indicate intention to play from forward tees if 70 or over (women from bronze to silver; men from green to white).

           **All golfers are welcome; if you have no GHIN or handicap index to enter, a course handicap of 22 will apply.

4. Then, on the next page, you may add on items that you thought you left behind on the earlier list; we hope they are attractive and fun additions; they assist the fundraising success of the event:

           **Each individual player is eligible for 2 mulligans   

           **Purchase in a discount package on this site or sold at check-in a la carte; more raffle tickets sold at event also

5. Then move on to payment, which processes your credit card using Stripe. If concerns, please use the contact information below.

6. In a few limited circumstances you may have to return to the site a second time to add players or a sponsorship

7. When registering, understand that all normal rules of dress and course etiquette apply.

 

Your support really matters! This event is a major fund-raiser for our annual budget.

In terms of your golf participation, we estimate:

 

     **$200 registration fee covers the cost of one day of Crisis Line operation or the expense of one Safe        Place support group meeting.

 

     **$120 to win a silent auction item sends out two Samaritan Care Packages.

 

     **$50 for the bundle with mulligans, raffle tickets  and putting challenge recruits & trains one volunteer for our Crisis Line.

Divisions: Men’s, Women’s and Mixed (if at least 4 teams are registered for each division)

 

 

Prizes: Over-all team gross score...Divisional net scores...A Toyota and other hole-in-one....Longest drive and closest to the pin (men and women)....Putting contest

 

Schedule of Activities:

  • 11:00   Check-in desk opens and boxed lunch ready for pick-up
  • 11:00   Driving range, chipping green, and putting green are available
  • 12:30   Shotgun start
  •   5:00   Soup and cash bar after golf
  •   6:00   Dinner served
  •   7:00   Prizes, auction & raffle winners’ announcements
