Ogopogo is a low keyed, fun and social golf group that
plays Monday mornings. Membership fee is $30.00 .
There are two special dinners each year – a mid summer
bar-b-q and a great wind-up banquet and awards night.
The cost of these are covered by your membership fee.
A competition fee of $5.00 is payable when you sign up. Prize
payments will be determined by the number of entries each week.
Current handicaps must be used weekly. The type of competition
will be posted each Monday – low net, hidden partner, team, etc.
There are usually 3 handicap groupings. Something like this - 0-14,
15-21, 21+.
Under the new handicap ststem the white tees no longer offer such a
big advantage. Players may play from the Blue or White tees. Just be
sure to use the proper hadicap for the tees you are playing from.
Guests may pay the $5.00 fee to play the game. To qualify for
prizes they must have an established handicap.
The draw, your tee time, and game of the day for each Monday
will be posted here usually by Friday.
