The City of Fort Lupton, in partnership with Jacobs, is pleased to present the Jacobs Fore Youth Benefit Golf Tournament at Coyote Creek Golf Course. The tournament format is an easy and fun four-person scramble, and the goal is to raise funds for the Fort Lupton Recreation Center’s Teen Program and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County.
The annual tournament is an ideal opportunity to enjoy a day on the course with friends and colleagues, promote your brand and raise money for a worthwhile cause. Registration starts at $115 (Individual) and $415 (Foursome), with sponsorships available at a variety of price points. Prices go up after April 15, so register today to take advantage of the early-bird pricing!
