2021 Golf and Fitness Women’s League Sign Up

Worthington Golf Course will be offering three, 2-person handicapped ladies’ leagues on Tuesdays this year. 4:00pm League will be shotgun 9 holes with all playing Team vs Team format. 5:15pm League will be shotgun 9 holes with all playing Team vs Team Scramble Format.

Note: All league players must be a member of GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness Cluband have a GHINHandicap.

4:00 pm League: _____$70($40 Prize Pot, $30 GHIN Handicap)

5:15 pm League: _____$70 (Does not include HDCP)

**Only one player from each team needs to fill out the form.
