Welcome to the 2021 Junior Club Championship

Welcome to the Eagle Mountain Junior Club Championship sponsored by Skywalker Trampolines. Please fillout all information to sign up your child. Lunch will provided after the tournament. Parents are highly encouraged to come and caddie and are required for children 11 and under. Check in will be at 7:30am and $15 will be due day of the event.
