4-Player NET Best Ball Event

 

Times:

• Sunday, July 18th - 5:00 PM Dinner/Draft Party
• Wednesday, July 21st - 9:30 AM Reverse Shotgun

 

Entry: $75

The Entry Fee listed includes all tournament and dinner/lunch but does not include golf and cart fees. Those will be calculated and billed by the pro shop based on your individual status as an amenity member.

 

Food & Beverage:

• Sunday: Sit down dinner with glass of wine
• Wednesday: Lunch at conclusion of round
  • Cash or Charge Bar at lunch, during awards

 

Course:

• Choctaw to Cherokee 

 

Prizes/Payouts:

All Payouts, except where noted, are Big Canoe Bucks:

• Closest to the Pins (4 total) - $25
• Longest Drives (2 total) - Tom's Awesome Seafood Gift Certificates

 

Format/Rules:

"Captains" will form their 4 person teams during the Draft Party in A/B/C/D fashion to compete in this event.  

 

• Rules of golf will follow traditional USGA guidelines.
• Each hole will have a "Poker Chip" placed at the tee box, indicating the number of NET balls to be counted on the PREVIOUS hole.
• The team that has the lowest overall NET score will be crowned CHAMPIONS and receive Trophies.

• Proximities:

  • Each Par 3 will include 2 Closest to the Pins. One for lower handicap players and one for the higher handicap players.  
  • Tournament day will also include 2 Longest Drives.

 

 

Handicaps:

Players will receive their full course handicap.

 

Late Withdrawals:

Due to early commitments to Food and Beverage and to the Pro Shop for payouts, cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm on the Friday following the Registration close date.  After that date, the individual is subject to payment of the full amount of the tournament charge.
