The entry fee includes a round of golf, cart, range, closest to the hole prizes and (1) complimentary drink token.

FORMAT

18 holes, non-competitive day of golf.  Players enjoy the round from the teeing ground that best compliments their game.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Waterfall Club is excited to offer up lodging accommodations to GSGA members who wish to take special advantage of this Member Play Day opportunity.  6 rooms in the Waterfall Club Lodge will be offered at the member price of $160 per night.  The club also has a number of homes for rent on a property management program which would run $450 per night + $200 cleaning fee for 3 bedroom homes and $600 per night + $200 cleaning fee for a 5 bedroom home.  If any players would like to come up and play an additional round prior to the play day, the club would like to extend our Accompanied Guest rate of $95 + tax ($145 normal unaccompanied rate).

FOOD SERVICE

Limited food and beverages will be available at the 19th Hole Grill.  A beverage cart will also be available on the course.  NO CASH is accepted.  VISA, MC and AMEX ONLY please.

With the 12:00 p.m. shotgun start, Waterfall Club is offering a special $8 plus tax deli grab and go lunch buffet that will be set-up in the 19th Hole Grill and available for players throughout the day.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

CREDIT CARDS ONLY (VISA, MC, AMEX) are accepted for food and beverage purchases at the halfway house. 

PAIRING REQUESTS

Pairing requests are accepted until the close of entries.  A link to the pairing request form is provided in the registration confirmation e-mail.  It is requested that only ONE player in the group complete the request.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Players are requested to check-in at the registration table upon arrival at the golf course.  The registration table will open at 10:30 a.m.  Please arrive and register no later than 11:45 a.m.

PAIRINGS

Pairings will be posted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13.

PRIZES

Prizes will be awarded for closest to the hole on all par 3’s.  Additional blind draw prizes will be awarded before play and participants must be present to win.  Prizes will be gift certificates in the golf shop.

WEATHER SHORTENED EVENTS

When weather causes a round to be shortened, the GSGA will do what is fair to determine who wins prizes.  Nine holes might constitute an official event.  Entry fees will generally not be refunded, but if only a few holes are played, we will work with the club to get the players a rain check or another option.  The GSGA will do everything possible to complete the round that day.  Please note that conditions may dictate that players be able to play cart paths only for an event.

WITHDRAW POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by GSGA on all withdraws prior to the close of entries.  Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list AND your spot can be filled.  Withdraws prior to the close of entries can be completed online by logging into your account.  Withdraws after entries close must be made by calling the GSGA Rules & Competitions Department.  Entry fees are transferable if a substitution is sent the day of the event to replace a previously registered participant.
