  1. Condition of Competition
    1. Tees
      1. Ke’olu Course
        1. Pohaku (All Male Professionals)
        2. Championship (Senior Tees – Age 60 - 69)
        3. Regular (Female Professionals --- Age 70 & Wiser)
    2. Play is governed by the USGA Rules of Golf and its decisions, the ASPGA hard card, the local rules for this event regarding Pace of Play and the following local rules which apply to the Hualalai Golf Club.
    3.  Time of Starting – Under provision of Rule 31-2, a side may be represented by either partner for all or any part of a stipulated round, both partners need not be present.
    4. Scoring – The marker is required to record for each hole only the gross score of whichever partner’s score is to count.  The gross scores to count must be individually identifiable; otherwise the side is disqualified.
    5. Ties – In the event of a tie for the Championship, a sudden death play-off using the same format of play will commence immediately on a hole designated by the Committee.
  2. Local Rules
    1. Disregard local rules on scorecard.
    2. Out-of-Bounds
      1. Hualalai Course OB to include:  left of Hole #1, right of Hole  #14, right and left of Holes #15 & #16.
      2. In addition to item #8 on the hard card, OB marking includes the inside edge of all residential paved roads.
      3.  Play is prohibited on any other course than the one in play.
    3. WH – on Hualalai Holes #5 and Ke’oluHole#5.
    4. Areas of Lava – unless otherwise marked, shall be deemed as ‘through the green”.
    5. Double Green – A ball coming to rest on the double green is deemed to be on the green of the hole being played.
    6. Distance Measuring Devices that measure distance only will be allowed.
