FOOD & BEVERAGE: Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday. Lunch will be a “Deluxe Box Meal” and dinner will be a sit-down gathering in the Live Lounge at Macatawa GC starting at approximately 6:30 p.m. The tentative dinner menu is chicken parmesan, pork tenderloin, vegetable selection, salad, and dessert. Due to staffing shortages at Macatawa, we will not have a meal following play on Sunday. Players will be responsible for their own food and beverage expenses for outside of those meals provided on Saturday and Sunday, as well as any alcoholic beverage purchases during the tournament.
PRACTICE RANGE: The range will be open before play each day, with range balls complimentary on the competition days only.
PRACTICE ROUND: Players wishing to play a practice round should contact the pro shop at Macatawa GC and identify themselves as a participant in the Atlas Trophy Matches. We have reserved 6 tee times starting at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 1. Rates are at the discretion of the course.
TEAM CLOTHING: Players for each team will receive two pieces of apparel that will be distributed Friday afternoon or Saturday morning at the golf course. Players will be notified prior to Saturday’s morning matches what color pants to wear each day for their respective teams. On Sunday afternoon after the completion of the matches, team photos will be taken.
GAM Team should wear khaki pants/shorts on both days of the competition. We will wear a green shirt on Saturday and a blue shirt on Sunday. Outerwear needed to withstand any cold or wet weather is permitted.
GAM Team shirts will be distributed on Saturday morning before play.
