9:00AM Shotgun Start

From the Tournament Directors

9:00 AM Shotgun Start both days Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before tee time.

Pace of Play is critical. Please keep Ready Golf in mind so that we may keep our rounds moving.

The Desert Rule is NOT in effect for this tournament. All other USGA and SRPGA rules apply.

Proper attire is required of ALL golfers: Soft spikes, collared shirt, no denim.

It may be cold! Please be prepared as needed.

Proxy markers will be placed on the course for skill prize holes. Bring a tape measure for the Skills Contests. Only measured distances will be considered.

Please leave scorecards at the designated drop off location inside the pro-shop after the round for the TD’s to collect. Since both tournaments are relatively low turnout, we will enter scores and calculate results outside the clubhouse after the tournament. No cash payouts will be made (even for skins).

Each scorecard must be signed by a member of each pair (Competitor & Marker) to be accepted. Scorecards missing signatures will result in DQs for both teams.

Results will be pushed to the Event Portal as soon as possible.

For the Best Ball

Non SRPGA members with a current handicap index are eligible for flight prizes in Sunday’s team best ball event.

Flights were built based on the combination of partners' playing handicaps. Please note that your individual contribution to your team's net score on a hole is based on your individual playing handicap.

Each player plays their own ball, just as in regular stroke play. The team score is the lower net score of the two players for that hole.

Mark Gross Scores on the scorecard. Golf Genius will calculate the net score, this does not have to be marked on the scorecard. Please consider the dots on the scorecard as reference-only. They're presented to help keep in mind the strokes available to you each hole.

Best ball scores are not eligible to be posted to the handicap system. In order to help pace of play, we encourage players to pick up their ball and X a hole if they are “out of the hole” and their playing partner is on the green or in position to make a better net score.
