YARDAGES & TEES

Yardages will be posted online before the close of entries and at the host club.  Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP &

DRIVING RANGE:

The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day of competition.

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the clubs the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on March 2. 

REGISTRATION

Formal registration will not be held on site.  Player/team withdraws must be called in or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate team may be contacted.

CARTS

Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee.

PRACTICE ROUNDS

One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please contact Jekyll Island Golf Club to reserve your practice round starting time after February 21.  Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

FOOD SERVICE

Full food service will be available at McCormick’s Grill throughout the competition.

PRIZES

Gift certificates will be awarded to the low three teams in each flight.

REFUNDS & WITHDRAWS

• • A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by notifying the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or via e-mail.
