EVENT INFORMATION
The NSW Srixon Mid Amateur Championship is open to amateurs who are 30 years of age and over as at the first day of play, with a GA handicap of 12.4 and under for men or 20.4 for women. It is stroke play over three rounds of 18-holes.
The draw for the first two days of play is random, with a seeded draw for the final round.
Field Size
The maximum field size for the Championship is 220 players.
The NSW Mid Amateur Championship will be conducted over three 18-hole rounds of strokeplay. All players will play one round at Pacific Dunes GC and one round at Horizons Golf Resort on either Sunday 22 or Monday 23 May, with a cut occurring after round 2. The cut will be for the top players (number to make the cut will be determined after the close of entries), based on their 36-hole gross total, and will be played at Pacific Dunes GC.
The breakdown of players making the cut will be based on the number of male v female entrants at the close of entries. For those players that miss the cut, a daily stableford competition will be provided at Horizons Golf Resort.
