YARDAGES AND TEES

Yardages are posted online and are available at the host club.  Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

FORMAT

Match play preceded by 36-holes of stroke play qualifying. Low 16 players advance to match play.

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and will be posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on April 5. 

PRACTICE ROUNDS

Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call The Savannah Golf Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on March 22.  Practice round cart and range fee is $25 plus tax. Cash for Food and Beverage only and cash and credit cards will be accepted in the golf shop.

REGISTRATION

No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called in or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted.

CARTS

Practice cart and range fees are $25 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee.

FOOD SERVICE

Food service will be available throughout the day.  Cash is ONLY accepted for food and beverage purchases.

PRIZES

Gift certificates will be awarded to the top 16 players who advance to match play

REFUND POLICY

A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by notifying the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or via e-mail.
