Critères d’acceptation aux tournois
Lors de l’inscription aux tournois, un montant de 20.00$ sera prélevé sur la carte de crédit. Ce montant couvre les frais d’inscription et aucun remboursement ne sera fait pour une annulation en aucun temps durant le processus d’inscription pour ces frais.
10 jours avant la date du tournoi, une demande de paiement pour le solde d’inscription sera envoyée aux joueurs. Ceux-ci auront trois jours pour payer ce solde en cliquant sur le lien inscrit dans le courriel.
7 jours avant le tournoi, l’acceptation sera finale et aucun remboursement ne sera autorisé. Le tournoi préparera la liste des départs qui sera publiée 4 jours avant le tournoi. Les joueurs non acceptés auront un remboursement du 20.00$
Un joueur qui ne se présente pas au tournoi sans motif valable (No shows) sera exclu du tournoi suivant.

Tournament Acceptance Criteria
When registering for tournaments, an amount of $20.00 will be charged to the credit card. This amount covers the registration fee and no refund will be made for cancellation at any time during the registration process for this fee.
10 days before the tournament date, a payment request for the registration balance will be sent to the players. They will have three days to pay the balance by clicking on the link in the email. 7 days before the tournament, acceptance will be final and no refund will be allowed. The tournament will prepare the list of starting times which will be published 4 days before the tournament.
A player who does not show up for the tournament without a valid reason (No show) will be excluded from the next tournament.
