PLAYER INFORMATION SHEET
Listed below is IMPORTANT information pertinent to the event.

“OPTIONAL” FORMAT: Individual Net Stableford. No official format will be used, but if you would like to play in the “optional” format, it will be an individual net Stableford points. Individuals compete, with each player playing their own ball, with a max score of net double bogey. Players will be given a point value based on their net score as follows: Eagle: 5 pts, Birdie: 2 pts, Par: 1 pt, Bogey: 0 pts, Dbl Bogey or worse: -1 points. The fee is $5 PER PERSON to join this “optional” event. Please pay this fee at registration. Men will play the Blue tees, women will play the Yellow tees. Requests to play a different tee set are available by emailing Sam Staton (sstaton@ncga.org) by Thursday night.
REGISTRATION: Registration will begin at 8:00 AM outside the pro shop. Please make sure to check-in NO LATER than 30 minutes before your assigned tee time. You will receive your scorecard, lunch, and welcome gift at that time.
SCORING: Once your round is complete, please sign and attest your scorecards and give them to Sam near the pro shop at the same site as registration. The final results will be emailed out on Tuesday morning.
PRIZES: Gift cards will be awarded for Closest to the Hole contests on par three’s.
RULES OF PLAY: The 2017-2018 Rules of Golf are in effect.
DRESS CODE: Players must be properly attired both on the golf course and premises of the club. Blue jeans, designer jeans, t-shirts and tank tops are prohibited. Golf shirts must be worn and shorts must be no shorter than mid-thigh (no jean shorts).
FOOTWEAR: Metal Spikes are prohibited.
GOLF SHOP & PRACTICE RANGE: The Golf Shop and driving range will be open at 8:00 AM.
FOOD SERVICE: Boxed lunches will be available for pickup prior to teeing off.
