Format:                                                               

36 holes of Four-Ball Stroke Play (18 holes per day). Contestants will play from the NCGA tees. There will be a play-off to determine first place immediately following the conclusion of play.  Ties for second place or third place will be broken using the USGA method of matching cards.

 

Competition Schedule:                                

7:30 AM off tees 1 & 10. Players should be at their assigned tee 10 minutes prior to their starting time.  Second round starting times will be posted on the NCGA website following the conclusion of first round. Players will be repaired by score.

 

Substitutions:                                                  

Substitutions must be made by 5:00 PM Friday prior to the championship.

Cart Fee Information:                                   

Golf carts are optional at the player’s expense. Cart rental is $25 per player. A maximum of two carts per group is permitted. SPECTATOR CARTS ARE PROHIBITED.

 

Golf Shop and Driving Range:                   

The Golf Shop will be open at 6:00 AM. The driving range will open at sunrise.

 

Payment Information:                                  

Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted for all purchases (golf shop and food and beverage).

 

Food and Beverage Information:             

Porter’s Restaurant will be open at 6:00 AM. No outside food and beverage allowed.

 

Additional Information:                              

Prior to the first day of the event, you must make yourself familiar with the Regulations and Policies, Hard Card, Pace of Play Policy, and Clarification on Smart Phones. It is the player’s responsibility to know the above information.
