Eligibility: Amateur golfers who are RIGA members and have a membership with a RIGA member club. Must have an index of 17.0 or lower as of the 9/15/2018 revision

The 25 lowest handicaps will be chosen, all others will be waitlisted to fill any empty positions from MA or CT

Entries - Form, Fee, Closing Date: Entrants are solely responsible for securing and returning completed entry form by the due date. Entries must be received at the RIGA office by 9/15/2018 and be accompanied by the entry fee of $125.00

Cart and Caddie policy: Carts are required and fees are included in the entry fee for rounds 1&2
Dress Code: Proper dress is required at all times. Spikeless shoes are mandatory.
