Scramble Rules:
- This is a four person scramble. Each player is allowed to drop within “one club length” of the desired shot.
Please Note* One Club Length is the maximum drop zone around the selected ball. It does not mean one club length on either side of the ball. This would be a two club length drop zone. The “One Club Length” rule cannot be used to get out of hazards (ie. water, bunkers) or to improve your lie (ie. Different height of cuts: If the selected ball is in the rough, then all four balls must be played from in the rough)
- All balls must go in the hole to record a score. No gimmies.
Tournament Format:
- All MALE players are to tee off from the following locations…
Round 1 = 6,500 yards (black blocks)
Round 2 = 6,000 yards (white blocks)
Round 3 = 5,500 yards (red blocks)
- All FEMALE players have the option to tee off from the following locations…
Round 1 = 6,000 yards (white blocks)
Round 2 = 5,500 yards (red blocks)
Round 3 = 5,000 yards (yellow blocks)
PAR 3 CONTEST
All the par 3’s will be played from the same location for all three rounds. This means that each player has three opportunities to pick the right club and become closest to the pin.
SKINS
We will be running a skins game on the final round of 18 holes which will be played from 5,500 yards. The cost of the skins game is included in the entry fee. All players (female’s included) must tee off from this location on the final round in order for it to count. If all skins get sawed off, we will move to the second round for skins. If again, all skins are sawed off, we will then move to the first round for skin winners
PACE OF PLAY
The tournament is to move at a 4 hour 30 minute pace for each round of 18 holes (15 minutes to play a hole). This means that we should be starting Round 2 by 10:48am and Round 3 by 3:18pm. No group is to take more than 4 hours and 45 minutes to complete any 18 hole round. Groups will be told to pick up and go to the next hole if they start to fall behind. This will result in a bogey for that hole.
FOOD
Please see the chart below for approximate feeding times as well as what hole you are expected to pick up your food on. Please remember, food is to be eaten on the go. So pick up your food and bring it out on the golf course to eat. Food CANNOT be picked up early or delayed.

RAIN CHECKS:
Everyone is guaranteed 2 rounds of golf. No Rain checks will be given for the third round.
SCORING:
All groups will be given a GGID inorder to be able to enter their scores through their mobil devices. This will enable them to see live "up to the minute" scoring through our live leaderboard.
WINNERS/PAR 3’s/SKINS:
The prize for the winning team can either be handed out the night of or scheduled for pick-up on another date. The prize for closest to the pin can either be handed out the night of or scheduled for pick-up on another day as well. Skin winners will have to be done by e-transfer and we will work that out the day of or in the days following.
