*This event serves as a concurrent qualifier for the USGA Senior Amateur Championship. The qualifier is first and foremost a USGA Senior Amateur championship qualifier. Only players that are registered for the USGA Senior Amateur Championship qualifier may also use this site as a CGA Senior Amateur Qualifier. You may not play in this event as a CGA Senior Amateur Qualifier only. 
 

This event page does not reserve a player a spot in the U.S. Senior Amateur Qualifier, this is the concurrent CGA Amateur Qualiifer.

Host Facility: Omni Interlocken Resort 

 

USGA Senior Age Policy: Players must be active CGA members age 55 years old on or before August 25, 2018

 

Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members

 

Date: Tuesday, July 24, 2018

 

Entry Fee: $90.00 qualifying fee. Successful qualifiers for the CGA Senior Amateur will need to pay an additional $130 for entry into the Championship.

 

Registration Deadline: 5:00 p.m. EDT July 11, 2018. Players must register through the USGA website through the above link.

 

18 Hole Layout: The VISTA & SUNSHINE nine's will be used for the qualifier.

 

Handicap Index Limit: 7.4

 

Format: 18 holes of stroke play

 

U.S. Senior Amateur Qualifying Positions: TBD

 

U.S. Senior Amateur Alternate Positions: 2

 

CGA Senior Amateur Qualifying Positions: TBD

 

Starting Times: 7:00 a.m. off holes #1 and #10.

 

Carts: Players may ride in golf carts for the U.S. Senior Amateur Qualifier. Cart fees will be included in the player's entry fee. Players may also choose to carry, use a push cart or have a caddie. There will only be allowed two (2) carts per group.

 

Driving Range: The driving range will be available at 6:30 a.m. at no additional charge to the player.

 

Distance Measuring Devices: Must measure distance only.

Practice Round Information: $65 per player (includes cart and range fees). Available July 1st - July 23rd on Monday - Thursdays only (excludes Holidays). Please call the golf shop to schedule a tee time prior to arrival.
