Brief Description of Tournament/Format:
- Scramble by Draw, GROSS only, Three-drive minimum
- Enter as a single player to be paired by the Tournament Committee
- Awards and Annual Meeting following golf
Caddies/Transportation: Carts Only
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
- If it is necessary to cancel, please contact the Tournament Coordinator below
- Withdrawals made prior to the closing date are subject to a $5 cancellation fee
- Withdrawals after the closing date will result in forfeiture of all entry fees
