Entry Fee:  $60.00 - Golf & Lunch/Awards

    $35.00 Lunch/Awards only

 

Brief Description of Tournament/Format:

 

  • Scramble by Draw, GROSS only, Three-drive minimum
  • Enter as a single player to be paired by the Tournament Committee
  • Awards and Annual Meeting following golf

 

Caddies/Transportation: Carts Only

 

Withdrawal/Refund Policy

 

  • If it is necessary to cancel, please contact the Tournament Coordinator below
  • Withdrawals made prior to the closing date are subject to a $5 cancellation fee
  • Withdrawals after the closing date will result in forfeiture of all entry fees
