Format:   Individual Stroke Play

• Eight flights formed by the player’s USGA handicap.
• Flight Order at Murphy Creek 5-4-3-2-1-Champion-7-6 and at Saddle Rock 7-6-5-4-3-2-1-Champion  
• Club Champion will be the Player with the Lowest 2-Day combined Gross Score from the Champion Flight.
• Flights Champion - 5 Lowest 2-Day combined Gross Score in each flight wins (Possibly Flight 6 will also be Gross Score, that is if the index differences between the high index and low index is less than 5)
• Flights 6 - 7 Lowest 2-Day combined Net Score in each flight wins (Possibly Flight 6 will be Gross Score, if the index difference between the high index and low index is less than 5)
• Members with indexes of 4.0 or less will automatically be in the Champion Flight. If your index is higher than 4.0 but you wish to compete to be the Club Champion, you may request to be in the Champion flight when you register.

                                                                                                                              

Handicaps:  Flight 7 and possibly Fight 6 with receive 100% of the player’s handicap.

Tournament Directions: 

If in Doubt Play a Provisional Ball

Play Within 40 Seconds When It Is Your Turn

 

• Record each player’s Gross Score on each hole

• Record Gross Score on the Scorecard and in the Mobile App.
• Play the ball as it lies:
  • If a ball goes into a footprint in the sand, the player may smooth the sand and place the ball on the sand (When done rake the sand)

 

Scoring:

• Verify each player's Hole by Hole Gross Score on the Scorecard and Mobile App 
• Each player must have a score to be posted (For handicap reporting purposes)

 

Closest to the Pin Proxies: $25 each

Tournament Committee will post tournament scores

 

Optional Skins Game:  Skins paid by flight

• Flights Champion - 5       Skins will be based on player's Gross Score for each hole.(Flight 6 if played at Gross)
• Flights 6 - 7                      Skins will be based on player's Net Score for each hole. (if Flight 6 is played at Net)

 

Skin winnings will be paid using PayPal

 

All Rounds are to be completed by the time indicated on the scorecard

Time-Stamp the time card on the back of the scorecard recording the actual start time,

arrival time at the 16th tee as well as at the completion of #9 and #18 holes (Before Totaling Scores)

 

Results will be posted on the website
