Entry Deadlines

• Registration Opens: Monday, March 7, 2022 at 12:00pm EST
• Final Registration Deadline: Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 5:00pm EDT
• Early Entry Deadline: Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 5:00pm EDT

 

Two entry deadlines for each women’s championship have been established for 2022.  The “Early Entry Deadline” will permit Golf Canada to accept players prior to the “Final Registration Deadline” and allow more time to plan travel.  Early entry into the championship is at the discretion of the Golf Canada Selection Committee.  At least 50 of the players registered prior to the Early Entry Deadline for each championship will be accepted into the championship.

 

Note: If the field is under-subscribed after the entry deadline, Golf Canada reserves the right to accept all eligible applications and extend the entry deadline by one week.

 

Eligibility

• Mid-Amateur: This competition is open to female amateur golfers who have reached their 25th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, August 30, 2021 and who are members of a golf club belonging to Golf Canada or holds a Gold membership with Golf Canada.  A minimum of 25 Mid-Amateurs will be accepted into the field, and consideration for additional spots in the division will only be contemplated if the field is not over-subscribed.
• Mid-Master: This competition is open to female amateur golfers who have reached their 40th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, August 30, 2021 and who are members of a golf club belonging to Golf Canada or holds a Gold membership with Golf Canada.  A minimum of 10 Mid-Amateurs will be accepted into the field, and consideration for additional spots in the division will only be contemplated if the field is not over-subscribed.
• Senior: This competition is open to female amateur golfers who have reached their 50th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, August 30, 2021 and who are members of a golf club belonging to Golf Canada or holds a Gold membership with Golf Canada. 
• Super Senior: This competition is open to female amateur golfers who have reached their 60th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship, August 30, 2021 and who are members of a golf club belonging to Golf Canada or holds a Gold membership with Golf Canada. 
• Handicap Index must be 11.0 (Mid-Amateur and Mid-Master) / 16.4 (Senior and Super Senior) or less on the date of the application filing. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure her Handicap Index is up to date before the application deadline. 
• All applications are subject to approval or rejection by Golf Canada at any time before or after the start of play.

 

 

 

 

 

Dates limites

• Début des inscriptions : lundi 7 mars 2022 à 12 h HNE
• Date limite d’inscription : mercredi 3 août 2022 à 17 h HAE
• Early Entry Deadline: mercredi 25 mai 2022 à 17 h HAE

 

Deux dates limites d’inscription ont été établies pour chaque championnat féminin de 2022. La « Date limite de préinscription » permet à Golf Canada d’accepter des joueuses avant la « Date limite d’inscription » et laisse à celles-ci plus de temps pour préparer leur voyage. L’inscription aux championnats se fait à la discrétion du Comité de sélection de Golf Canada. Au moins 50 joueuses parmi celles préinscrites à un championnat seront acceptées à ce championnat.

 

Remarque : Si le tableau de compétition n’est pas complet après la date limite d'inscription, Golf Canada se réserve le droit d'accepter toutes les demandes admissibles et de prolonger la date limite d'inscription d'une semaine.

 

Admissibilité

• Mid-amateur : Cette compétition est ouverte aux golfeuses amateurs qui auront atteint l’âge de 25 ans en date de la première journée de la compétition, soit le 30 août 2021 et qui sont membres d’un club de golf affilié à Golf Canada. Au moins 25 joueuses mid-amateurs seront inscrites au tableau. Des places supplémentaires dans cette division ne seront considérées que s’il reste des places au tableau du championnat.
• Mid-maître : Cette compétition est ouverte aux golfeuses amateurs qui auront atteint l’âge de 40 ans en date de la première journée de la compétition, soit le 30 août 2021 et qui sont membres d’un club de golf affilié à Golf Canada . Au moins 10 compétitrices mid-maîtres seront inscrites au tableau. Des places supplémentaires dans cette division ne seront considérées que s’il reste des places au tableau du championnat.
• Sénior : Cette compétition est ouverte aux golfeuses amateurs qui auront atteint l’âge de 50 ans en date de la première journée de la compétition, soit le 30 août 2021, et qui qui sont membres d’un club de golf affilié à Golf Canada.
• Super sénior : Cette compétition est ouverte aux golfeuses amateurs qui auront atteint l’âge de 60 ans en date de la première journée de la compétition, soit le 30 août 2021, et qui sont membres d’un club de golf affilié à Golf Canada.
• L’index de handicap doit être de 11,0 (mid-amateur et mid-maître) / 16,4 (sénior et super sénior) ou moins en date de la demande d’inscription. Il incombe à chaque joueuse d’aviser Golf Canada de tout changement à son index de handicap avant la date limite de réception des inscriptions.
• Toutes les demandes d’inscription seront soumises à l’approbation de Golf Canada, qui se réserve le droit d’accepter ou de refuser toute inscription en tout temps, avant ou durant le tournoi.
