MIXED EVENT

 

The Mixed Event was established as a fun day for members to bring their spouse or for members who do not have a spouse, a partner to play golf and enjoy dinner together.

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING PLAY

 

  1. A one-day, four person, two net best ball event for members and their spouse/partner with both a morning and afternoon shotgun.
  1. Eligibility: Participants must have a USGA Handicap Index based on a minimum of ten (10),18-hole scores in the last 18 months.  Spouses/Partners must have an established handicap index and golfing privileges with one of our twenty-one (21) member clubs.
  2. Only one registration per foursome.  If you register as a twosome, you will be paired by the Tournament Committee.
  3. The Merit System will be implemented if necessary.
  4. Players will be notified one week prior to the event as to acceptance and start time.
  5. Billing for this event is through your home club, do not send a check.  The entry fee of $165.00 per person covers the cost of dinner, prizes, carts, decorations, taxes and tips.  Participants will sign for all drinks.
  6. There will be NO optional lunch offered.
  1. Men are required to wear a jacket for dinner.
  1. If event is rained out, cocktails and dinner will still take place.

Attendance Prizes will be awarded.
