Date: Saturday, June 9, 2018

Site: Tokatee Golf Club | Blue River, Ore.

Eligibility: Entries are open to amateur golfers with USGA Handicap Indexes™ of 5.0 or less. The final Championship field will include exempt players as well as those that advance from the additional 18-hole stroke play qualifying stages. All contestants must be members in good standing of an OGA Member Club and be at least 13 years of age as of June 18, 2018.

Format:  18-hole stroke play qualifying. Contestants may only attempt to qualify at one site. The number of qualifying spots available at each site will be determined after the close of entry.

Starting Times: Players will be paired by handicap index from lowest to highest.

Entry Fee: $100 + Event fees of $100 upon qualifying
