Registration Opens Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 08:00 AM

 

Host Facility: Highland Hills Golf Course

 

Qualifier Date: Monday, July 18, 2022

 

Format: 13U & 11U Divisions - 18 holes of stroke play

               9U Division - 9 holes of stroke play

 

Registration Deadline: Monday, July 11, 2022 at 05:00 PM

 

Entry Fee: 13U & 11U Divisions - $60.00

                   9U Division - $30.00

 

Age Limit: Cannot be 14 on or before August 3, 2022

 

Field Size: 120 players maximum 

 

Qualifying Positions: 13U Girls Division - 2

                                     13U Boys Division - 4

                                                  11U Girls Division - 1

                                      11U Boys Division - 4

                                       9U Girl Division - 1

                                       9U Boys Division - 2

 

Starting Time: Tee Time Start at 8:00 am for all Divisions.

 

Walking Only Event: The CGA Junior State Championship and its qualifiers are walking-only events, players may carry their bag, or use a pull cart.

 

Caddies: 11U and 9U Divisions are the only Divisions permitted to use caddies. 

 

Spectator Carts: Spectator carts may be purchased from the golf course.

 

Practice Round Information: Tee times are subject to availability, and can be made by calling the golf shop at 970-353-4653 or online HERE. 

 

Yardage: Will be available under the Qualifier Information tab.

Approximate Yardage: 13U Boys- 5,500 yds.  

Approximate Yardage: 13U Girls - 5000 yds.

Approximate Yardage: 11U Boys - 5000 yds.

Approximate Yardage: 11U Girls - 4500 yds

Approximate Yardage: 9U Boys & Girls - 2,000 yds

Withdraw/Refund Policy

If a player needs to withdraw from an event, they must notify the CGA as soon as possible.
• Entrants who withdraw before the entry deadline date will be refunded less a $10 service fee regardless of the reason.
• Entrants who withdraw after the deadline date, but at least two days prior to the first day of the event, will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason for withdrawal within two days or after the start of the event.

All refunds are issued to the person listed on the entry form. Allow up to two weeks for processing a refund.

 

NOTE: If a player is positive for COVID-19 at the time of the event a full refund will be given.
