Welcome to the 13th Oregon Super Senior Championship
Eligibility: Entries are open to Men with USGA Handicap Indexes™ of 36.4 and less and Women with USGA Handicap Indexes™ of 40.4 and less. The Men’s Division is limited to the first 81 entrants, age 65 or older, and the Women’s Division is limited to the first 12 entrants age 60 or older as of August 14, 2018.
Format: 36-hole stroke play competition. In the event of a tie for the overall Champions in either division, the winner shall be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole playoff. In the event of a tie for the gross winner in any division, the winner shall be decided by the USGA recommended score card method (Appendix 1c-11).
Entry Fee: $140
Entry Includes:
- 3 rounds of golf - One practice round and two competitive rounds
- OGA hosted lunch on Tuesday
- Tee prizes
- Merchandise certificates will be awarded to top gross and net finishers in all flights
- Special awards from Jones Sports Co. will be awarded to the Men's and Women's Champions
Exemptions: A place in the field will be reserved for the Defending Overall Champions: Sam Spicher and Nettie Morrison as well as Division Gross Champions: Tom Heckler, Stephen Nelson, Gaylord Davis, Gary Conti, Mary Jacobs and Cindy Anderson until the closing deadline. Exempt players must meet the eligibility and Handicap Index™ requirements and must file an entry by the deadline.
