2022 Nevada State Amateur Championship

FORMAT: 54-Hole Stroke Play (No Cut)
FIELD SIZE: 80 Players - Players registering after the field size has been reached will be put on a waiting list.
TEE TIMES:
- Thursday and Friday (July 7-8) - 6:00 AM Tee Times
- Saturday (July 9) - 7:00 AM Modified Shotgun Start
ENTRY FEE: $375 - Includes three rounds of golf, golf cart, range balls, prize fund, tee gifts, food and beverage vouchers, and a buffet lunch after the final round.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: For players looking to book a practice round, the course has a soft block of tee times between 12:00 - 3:00 PM on Wednesday July 6th. The practice round rate is $45 per player. You must call the pro shop and let them know you are booking a practice round for the Nevada State Amateur. This will be the only day that the golf course will start play on Hole #10 which is the starting hole for the state championship. If you wish to play a practice round on a different date, you can book a tee time using the normal methods and the regular course rates will apply.
REGISTRATION:
- Opens to all exempt players on April 6, 2022 @ 9:00 AM
- Opens to all eligible players on April 20, 2022 @ 9:00 AM
- Closes on June 28, 2022 @ 5:00 PM
WAGR: This event counts for World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) points.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to active male members of the SNGA and the NNGA that are exempt and/or meet the eligibility requirements.
- Must be 15 years or older by the tournament start date.
- Maximum handicap index of 4.0.
EXEMPT PLAYERS:
- Top 10 players from the 2021 Nevada State Amateur
- 2021 Nevada State Match Play Champion
- 2021 Nevada State Mid-Amateur Champion
- 2021 Nevada State Senior Amateur Champion
- Nevada State Amateur Champions from the past 5 years
- Up to 8 Junior Player Exemptions based on resumes reviewed and approved by the State Championship Committee
- Up to 8 Committee Special Invites based on playing resumes approved by the State Championship Committee
REFUND POLICY: After the established deadline for a Nevada State event, players can only receive a refund if there is a waiting list of players and a wait listed player agrees to fill that spot. Cases such as death in the family or serious illness such as hospitalization can be reviewed on a case by case basis.
NOTE: There will be an automatic $25 processing fee associated with any refund issued for a cancellation prior to the registration closing date.
