To navigate your Men's League Portal

use tabs above and a drop down menu will appear.

Schedule / Roster / Sub Lists located under the Home Tab.

Under the Player Contact Page click the tab that says flight 

this will reorder the players for which divison they are in and to list

Substitutes.
