4 Sets of tees, 49 and under, 50-59, 60-69, and Ladies & 70+ men.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS – Please read!

Each team may consist of One PGA Professional or Apprentice (in good standing) and another PGA Professional or Apprentice (in good standing),

Or a PGA Professional  and an  Amateur.
BOTH TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL IS TAKEN CARE OF WELL IN ADVANCE.

One Member of Team must be a Member or Apprentice from the Gateway, Midwest, South Central, or Iowa, Sections of the PGA of America.

Professionals who are not a member or apprentice in good standing with the PGA of America will not be eligible for this event.  Suspended or Terminated Apprentices will have to regain their status in the PGA of America to gain eligibility for this event.
