WELCOME! PLEASE READ THESE NOTES BEFORE PROCEEDING
NOTES:
1. When starting a new registration you can choose only ONE option on the New Registration page. Later in the registration process you can add on other options such as individual sponsorships and mulligan/raffle packages
2. Only register players for whom you are paying. If you want to be paired on a team with other players, add their names to the “Partner Request” box.
3. You may add (and pay for) as many players as you like by clicking “Add Another Player to My Team” in the blue box after your own information.
4. All golfers are welcome. If you have no GHIN number or handicap index, a course handicap of 18 will be assigned to you. If you are over 70, please indicate if you would like to play forward tees. (Men from green to white; women from bronze to silver) Your handicap will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Please understand that all normal rules of dress and course etiquette apply.
Schedule of Activities:
- 11:30 Check-in desk opens and boxed lunch ready for pick-up
- 11:30 Driving range, chipping green, and putting green are available
- 1:15 Shotgun start
- 5:15 Soup and cash bar after golf
- 6:00 Dinner served
- 7:00 Prizes, auction & raffle winners announcements
Divisions:
Men ----- Women ----- Mixed (if at least 4 teams are registered for each division)
Prizes:
* Low gross * Divisional low net
* Longest drive (men and women) * Closest to the pin (men and women)
* Putting contest
Your support really matters! This event is a major fund-raiser for our annual budget. We estimate:
**$250 registration fee covers the cost of half a day of Crisis Line operation
**$120 to win a silent auction item sends out one Samaritans Care Package for a family devastated by suicide
**$50 for the mulligans/raffle tickets/putting contest package covers one day of community outreach by staff
