8th Annual One Person Scramble

Scramble Defined- The player tees off twice on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and the player hits two shots from that spot. This process is repeated until the ball is holed. 

 

Format/Rules:

  • One person team (18-holes)
  • Men 49 and younger play Blue Tees, Men 50 and over play white tees and Men 70 and over may play red tees.  Ladies play red tees.
  • Allowed one club length from selected ball.  However, cannot move from rough to fairway or out of penalty areas.  One club length does not apply on the green.
  • All Bunkers and construction areas are GUR and are free relief, nearest point of relief out of the area and one club length no closer to the hole.  You must find your golf ball in GUR areas in order to get relief.  Temporary tees are set up on holes #1, #9, #10 and #11.
  • The river, water ponds, and dry water pond on #1/#9 are played as lateral penalty areas
  • Out of bounds left of #4 (white stakes, fence).  The fence left of #5 is the out of bounds marker
  • Tie breaks are determined by:

1. USGA preferred method last 9,6,3,1

2. Last to first hole by hole score

3. Most difficult to least difficult handicap hole

4. If tie cannot be broken it will remain a tie and players will split prize.

  • Laser range finders are allowed
  • No Mulligans, ball must be holed each hole.
  • Flights will be determined according to scores. 

 

Skins Game:  $5.00 per player from entry fee (all flights together) if no skins carries over to next year

 

Payout to each flight:

 

Flights are determined by score, there will be 10 flights paying top 3 places in each flight in proshop credit. 1st place - $200 2nd place - $150 3rd place - $100
