Welcome to the "2022 Men's League " Event Portal

The first night will be May 4th.

With the removal of most Covid Protocols we are returning to a cross-over format with tee times beginning at 1:00pm to 3:15pm (9 minute intervals), and then a small block of times from 5:45pm to 6:00pm. This will also provide an opportunity to resume the social gathering of Men’s League with a weekly prize table.

New For 2022

This year we are changing things up a little bit. We are retiring the old 50/50 draw and will be replacing it with Chase the Ace. Each week members can purchase tickets (1 for $5, or 3 for $10) from the ½ Way Hut or from the Bar (after your round). At the end of the night 4 tickets will be chosen, and the members will have a chance to pull a card from the deck of cards. If you pull the Ace of Spades you win 50% of the pot. The remaining portion of the pot will go to the year-end prize table. If nobody wins any given week, the pot is carried forward to the next week. Only tickets purchased the week of the draw are eligible to win that week.

Returning for 2022

After two-year hiatus, the Men’s League Scramble for the Ray O’Brien Cup will be returning on July 6th. This is an A, B, C, D scramble. Pari-mutual betting will be available for those interested.

Skill Prizes

Men’s League is considered a 9-hole league. Your first nine holes played will be used for scoring. We will be using Golf Genius again this season, so check your emails Wednesday morning for your foursomes weekly GGID.

Each week there will be:

1. Stableford scoring for the 6-week Sessions: League will be split into 4 flights. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Gross and Net best 4 of 6 Total Stableford points per flight.
2. Flighted Skins Game: purse of $80 per week per flight.
3. Hole of the day: each week there will be a hole of the day for each of the front and back nine courses. The members with the lowest net score on their respective hole of the day will be entered into a random draw for the weekly prize (valued: $80)
4. Closest to the hole: Returning for this season will be closest to the hole on holes 4 and 15. Winners will receive a sleeve of balls, and entry into one of three Bill Holzman Shootouts which will be held at the end of each 6-week session.

Weekly Prize Table

The weekly prize table returns with a value of $1000 per week, thanks to our sponsors. This year we are changing things slightly, and members do not need to be in attendance to win prizes from the table.
