Cancellations create several issues for tournament organizers. To minimize cancellations, NASMGA will be using the automated capabilities of Golf Genius to move the sign-up open and close dates much closer to the event itself. In most cases, sign-up will open 14 days before the event and close the evening of the 5th day before the event.
With this in mind, the cancellation policy will be revised as well.
If you cancel your registration at any time during the sign-up period by editing your original registration, the full tournament fee charged to your credit card at sign-up will be refunded to the card.
If you cancel your registration after sign-up closes or are a no-show at the event, there will be no refund of tournament fees.
Cancellations made after sign-up closes must be made by phone to one of the Tournament Coordinators listed on the Event Description.
