• Cancellations create several issues for tournament organizers.   To minimize cancellations, NASMGA will be using the automated capabilities of Golf Genius to move the sign-up open and close dates much closer to the event itself.   In most cases, sign-up will open 14 days before the event and close the evening of the 5th day before the event.  

 

• With this in mind, the cancellation policy will be revised as well.  

 

• • If you cancel your registration at any time during the sign-up period by editing your original registration, the full tournament fee charged to your credit card at sign-up will be refunded to the card. 

 

• • If you cancel your registration after sign-up closes or are a no-show at the event, there will be no refund of tournament fees.  

 

• Cancellations made after sign-up closes must be made by phone to one of the Tournament Coordinators listed on the Event Description.
