This correspondence will verify your entry into the U.S. Girls’ Junior Final Qualifying at Radrick Farms GC on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.

 

*Parents, step-parents, or guardians CANNOT be caddies for their own daughter. 

 

 

You should arrive at your assigned tee at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled starting time for instructions from the starter.

 

GROOVE CONDITION OF COMPETITION: The player’s clubs must conform to the groove and punch mark specifications in the Rules of Golf that are effective from January 1, 2010.

 

QUALIFIER DATE: Tuesday, June 21st

PRACTICE ROUND:   Please contact the Radrick Farms GC pro shop for availability - (734) 998-7040. The rate is $37 for participants. 

 

GPS AND RANGE FINDERS: In Final qualifying and in the Championship proper, a player may obtain distance information by use of a distance-measuring device. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., elevation changes, wind speed, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3.

 

FOOD:  The clubhouse will have food available for purchase.

 

CADDIES/CARTS: All players are required to walk. Contestants may carry their own bag or bring their own caddie. Caddies must also walk. Parents, step-parents, or guardians CANNOT be caddies for their own child. Pull carts may be used at Radrick Farms GC. Spectator carts are only permitted if a request, accompanied by a doctor’s note confirming the spectator’s need for a cart or a state issued handicap placard, is submitted to the GAM at least two days prior to the competition.

 

PRACTICE RANGE: Complimentary for players on the day of the competition, prior to play only. Open one hour before the first tee time.

 

PLAYOFF:  In case of ties, there will be a sudden-victory playoff immediately following play for the final spot as well as the order for the two (2) alternate positions

 

WITHDRAWAL If you must withdraw, please contact the USGA at champs@usga.org leading up to the tournament. Failure to notify may result in suspension from future USGA and GAM competitions.
