Schedule of Events
Thursday, June 16
- Practice Rounds: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Players are responsible for scheduling their practice rounds (included, optional)

- Putting Competition: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Putting Contest on the Schlichter Memorial Putting Green
- Kick Off Party with live music - starts at 6:30 pm
- Spouses are invited to attend, additional charge, $24.99++
Heavy Hors d’oeuvres and Member Charge Cocktails available
Friday, June 17:
- Continental Breakfast & Practice Tee Open: 7:00 – 7:45
- 1st 9 Hole Match: 8:00 am – 10:30 am (stay on course between rounds)
- 2nd 9 Hole Match: 10:30 am – 1:00 pm (return to clubhouse after match)
- Lunch Buffet: 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm
- 3rd 9 Hole Match: 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm
- Club Open for dinner service (reservations recommended)
Saturday, June 18:
- Continental Breakfast & Practice Range Opens: 7:00 am – 8:00 am
- 4th 9 Hole Match: 8:30 am – 11:00 am (stay on course between rounds)
- 5th 9 Hole Match: 11:00 am – 1:30 pm
- Lunch Buffet: 1:30 pm – 2:45pm
- Final Scoring & Shoot-Out Prep – 1:30 pm – 2:15 pm
- Flight Winners Shootout (holes 1, 17, 18) – 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm
- Awards Presentation immediately following shootout: 5 pm
- Dueling Pianos Show & Dinner: 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Spouses are additional charge, $39.99++.

Rules Notice
FORMAT: Format: Each Team plays 5 nine hole matches within their 6 team flight
Match Play:
- 1 Best Ball of 2 (Net) vs. 1 Best Ball of 2 (net) (100% of handicaps)
- Points – 10 points available in each match
- Win a hole – 1 point
- Halve a hole – ½ point
- Lose a hole – 0 points
- Win the match – 1 point
- Flights will be determined by average handicap of teams (6 teams per flight)
Shootout will consist of all flight winners starting on holes #1, 17, 18.
Tees:
1st Flight – Blue Tees (White Tees if 60+)
2nd-8th Flight - White Tees
Alternate Tees: Individuals with 50% of handicap scores from the alternative tee (gold/red/green/combo) are eligible to play the alternative tee (flights 2-8)
Handicaps – Handicaps for each nine hole match will be determined by the using the lowest handicap of the foursome to adjust the group (stroke off low ball). All competitors must have a USGA, verifiable handicap index. All disputes on handicaps will be determined by the tournament rules committee. Strokes are awarded based on the difference in 18 hole handicaps, with the strokes dotted as they would fall on an 18-hole card.
Shootout – Each flight winner will participate in a 3-hole shootout (holes 1, 17, 18). Additionally, the highest point total of the team not to win their flight will qualify as the “Wild-Card”. Ties among flight winners will be decided by head to head match results, Wild-Card ties will be decided by the highest point total in the last match (if still tied, the 4th match and so on). 4 teams will be eliminated on 1, two teams eliminated on 17, & two teams will play 18 to determine a winner. Handicaps will be used for the shootout – We’ll take 50% of the combined handicaps of both players & then apply the handicap to the course handicap holes. For example, if both players are 15 handicaps, they’d receive shots on the 15 hardest holes or on holes #1 & #17 in the shootout.
In the event of a tie in the shootout, a chip off (closets to the hole, 1 best ball of the 2)
will determine which team advances.
PRIZES: All prizes will be awarded immediately following completion of play on Saturday.

Stones in bunkers can be removed
Flower beds are played as Ground Under Repair
Local Rule for Stroke & Distance for Lost ball or Ball out of bounds in effect (E-5)
Tree Removal Areas = Played as Ground Under Repair
