Welcome to the 2023 SGA Pattaya Golf Week. We are looking forward to a great tournament, which includes four competition rounds of stableford over five days.
Scoring will be 72 holes of single stableford with GA handicaps and local slope ratings taken into account to calculate Daily Handicaps. We will use each players’ individual scores for each day and tally them into a 72-hole score to determine the winner.
Social Golf Australia’s Mick David and Matthew Pitt are your official tournament hosts, and will both be staying at the Sabai Lodge Resort in Pattaya as well as attending the golf courses each day should you have any questions.
We will have a welcome function (including complimentary beer, wine, soft drink & buffet) at Sabai Lodge Hotel, Pattaya on Sunday evening and we ask that you take particular note of all the departure times of the buses each morning as we have scheduled tee times to meet each golf day. The buses will be leaving at the designated time each morning. All golfers are responsible for ensuring that they personally supervise their bags on and off the bus each day.
Free days are yours to take tours around the local area or just relax by the pool. The Resort reception staff are very helpful in booking tours for you. If you wish to play golf on the free days, organize your playing partners and contact David Pettigrew who will be able to assist with arranging extra golf bookings and transfers for you and activities for non-golfing partners.
